ALL CONTESTANTS MUST:

Be between the ages of 6 and 30. (at the time of the Miss Juneteenth State Pageant event, you cannot exceed over 30 yrs. of age by June 7, 2025)

• Ages 6-9 (Division 1) Little Miss Juneteenth Minnesota

• Ages 10-13 (Division 2) Jr Miss Juneteenth Minnesota

• Ages 14-18 (Division 3) Miss Teen Juneteenth Minnesota

• Ages 19-24 (Division 4) Miss Juneteenth Minnesota

• Ages 25-30 (Division 5) Ms. Juneteenth Minnesota

Born a natural female, be of good and mental health.

Be classified as an African, Black or African American descent.

You must be a United States Citizen and live in the state of Minnesota.

Must be in school, or a high school/GED graduate. 

Contestants for (Division 1) you need to behave, be a leader, and listen to all your teachers. Keeping your hands to yourself and finishing all your work/homework is a must. We want to show your school you are a queen too.

For ages 6-18 (Division 1, 2 and 3) you must be single, never married, and no children.​
