Miss Juneteenth Minnesota State Pageant
Judging Criteria
The Miss Juneteenth Minnesota State Pageant is unlike traditional pageant systems. Contestants are not judged on their physical appearance, body type, height, weight, or physique, and there is no swimsuit competition.
Instead, we focus on what truly matters: leadership, character, confidence, intelligence, communication skills, community involvement, cultural pride, and personal growth. We believe true beauty comes from within, and we are committed to empowering contestants to lead with purpose and authenticity.
The optional awards are just additional awards only. It is not a requirement for the crown but you will need to still participate, you just wont be considered for an award.
